Our Story

Built to solve a real problem. Now built for everyone who has it.

Barforge Africa started with a brief, not a business plan. A long-time FMCG activation partner's procurement team had a recurring problem: bars arriving damaged, scratched by rough handling, every incident turning into a dispute between client, agency, and fabricator over who was at fault. Having built for the Diageo-Guinness portfolio for years, we knew the failure wasn't design — it was material and transport. Stainless steel that doesn't scratch. A fold-flat mechanism, the BarForge Mobility System™, engineered so the bar survives its own transport. That system quietly ran for five years before we built Barforge Africa around it as its own business.

We still build for FMCG activation teams — that work is real and ongoing, over 30 units delivered in 2026 alone. But the same durability problem exists for a hotel running a rooftop bar, an independent bartender doing weekend events, a venue owner tired of replacing damaged equipment every season. Barforge Africa exists for both — built under direct hands-on supervision, every unit, from day one.
